Problem Note 51200: SAS® Decision Manager might return a "process runner" error when multiple concurrent campaigns attempt to update the contact history

If SAS Decision Manager attempts to make multiple concurrent contact history updates, some of these updates might fail with the following error:

Error_Details=com.sas.analytics.crm.ccs.common.error.CICommonException: There
was a problem when getting a process runner for the stored process"MACHUpdate"
	at
com.sas.analytics.crm.ccs.ccsservice.sp.StoredProcessRunner.run(StoredProcessRunner.java:64)

This problem occurs when SAS Decision Manager makes concurrent calls to the SAS® Content Server. These concurrent calls are likely only during periods when you are processing a high volume of transactions.
